Indeed, thats how I did it

This is the recovery I used: 3.3.1 I just did Format data Wiped every partition besides system and OTG Flashed the zip Cleaned dalvik/cache Installed the new recovery via TWRP and rebooted

As I said it does boot:p

There is only one 3.3.1 recovery, and yes I wiped data before flashing

For crying out loud why dont you people write in english or on your language and provide a translation. BTW: what network issue are you talking about? I dont have any network issue on the latest weekly, so if you do at least post some logs it doesnt cost you anything

In the weeklies "game turbo" is present, stable roms dont get regularly updated and arent any more stable than the weeklies in my experience, so I recommend weeklies a lot more

The updater just uses TWRP but instead of you having to select the zip file it flashes it automatically and reboots, manually going in recovery it's the same just flash the zip file and wipe cache if you want. I recommend you to stay on 9.3.28 if you use full screen gestures, on latest weekly...

I also have experienced this on my Mi 8 SE very rarely but still seen it, I don't know if it's a carrier related issue or something else
