For those who're having similar experience ended up buying unbrick service from ncunlock.com (https://ncunlock.com/product/unbrick-xiaomi-13-series/) which's great service the fixed my phone. This is not paid ad for them but it's the cheapest I found and they did the job well.

Thanks! This version fixes most of the issues from the previous one on my Xiaomi 13. Installed the apk for gpay fix and still the same but nothing new here so it's fine.

I live in the UK. created new account and will get new SIM number just to make sure. Will update in few days
