I have the same device and the update managed to fix the problem for me have u tried deleting google wallet's data and readding your cards ?

Can confirm the same on mi 10 eu rom

After the reset when restoring from google backup it give you the option to select what to restore or not

Wish i saw this thread before I've updated manually yesterday the solution mentioned here fixed the problems but if someone finds permanent solution please let us know
