New No Push Notification - A Possible Solution?

i used many other roms and never had to change ipv6, now since im back to miui 8, i had to go to developer options, then turn off miui optimization ( plus tje settings of autostart and lock whatsapp...etc ) the result is better, but never good as aosp or cm roms...

the wifi started getting to 0k/s again amd whatsapp notifications are delayed, this happens only on miui but never on cm or aosp roms. what could be causing this except ipv6? thank you.
