I guess we just need to wait until the Xiaomi.eu developers will get the access to beta (any beta). But it's not that easy anyway. Xiaomi.eu has a lot of extra features they will need to add over the new MIUI 12 - this will definitely take some time. So just be patient :) The longer you wait...

No. I thought it may be too dangerous (to install possibly corrupted zip). Or is it just a bug in TWRP and zip is fine?

Can't update my mi9, Zip verification fails. No matter if I use Updater app, or trying to install it manually. I'm not using any unofficial TWRP, Magisk or anything like that. is there any solution to this? I saw couple of other people also mentioned that already in this thread.

Screen unlock animation is missing (Mi 9). Also, I know this bug is 100 years old, but I will remind about it - when you lock your screen, black line appears at the top of the screen. So the "fade out" effect doesn't look really nice. I understand that this issue is really minor, but anyway...

Is Anti-flicker setting turned ON on your device? If yes, then disable it and enjoy. At least this is what was causing the lags for me.

Thanks for a reply. But I have actually identified the issue (don't know why I didn't try it before). It was Anti-flicker setting in display settings. After I have disabled it, everything is smooth as hell.

It's insane how good it feels on my Mi9. Everything works great. Much better comparing to the last MIUI 10 build. I have one off topic question that may be related to the weekly updates. My page scrolling experience is getting worse and worse with every update. At least I think so. For example...

On my Mi9 at least Gallery, App info and Themes are not working.
