No i have tested original themes, this is the bug of EU Rom

I have installed the last EU rom on my Xiaomi 12, i am using Italian language on my device, but on lock screen, the language is Dutch, or Danish, i don't know, today is "Giovedì" in Italian, but on my lock screen is "TIGREVEN"

No my device is locked, i want to update my rom from old version to newest version, i didn't get OTA update so far, but i found latest rom for EEA in this site, i couldn't do it with xiaomi flash tool

I want to update from old stable rom to latest stable rom, i have to unlock it?
