There isn't xiaomi.eu version of this rom. It is still in alpha. For xiaomi.eu version the minimum is public beta so.. We have to wait a couple of fridays

Don't wipe system. I am using 8.6.25 fastboot for base. After that with RedWolfs recovery i've updated to the latest version (then it was 8.6.27) Except the mobile networks drop maybe there are no other nasty bugs... I have "System Ui stopped" from time to time

I don't think so. But today I had only one drop, because I'm using it with one sim because of the often drops with two sim cards

maybe in older versions.. On 027 the known bug is: When your phone is without system image you can't reboot into recovery from recovery
