Xiaomi App Store Downloads Slow

Whatever the issue was (probably overloaded serves being really far away?) it seems to have fixed itself, the Xiaomi app store downloads at roughly the same speed at Google Play does now.

Hi, I recently put MIUI v5 (4.4.4) on my Nexus 7 II (Android 4.4.2) (Wifi version). Liking it so far, but he Xiaomi app store has been giving me problems. I am obviously downloading via WiFi, and websites and Gplay download just fine. But the Xiaomi app store downloads at 1kbps - 20kbps, and...
