Installing with Fastboot:
Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
Power off your device
Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
Connect to PC via USB cable

ooh all good! i think third party unlock is the only way now but that can be pricy..
And i dont know if theres any trouble later on when you unlock your phone unofficially.

move to the phone, go on install and flash rom, go to to wipe format data and confirm, reboot phone.
The reason why it says "You're up to date" is because the update server changed.

HyperOS 2.0 is slowly rolling out for more and more devices, Xiaomi 14 already has Mi Pilot for HyperOS2.0 based on Android 15.
Hopefully the upgrade will be smooth whenever its time
