ooh all good! i think third party unlock is the only way now but that can be pricy.. And i dont know if theres any trouble later on when you unlock your phone unofficially.

you need to go a different way going root and using magisk and modules to pass play integrity check

theres no fastboot version for this phone and ROM here. download this rom xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20MI9T_V12.5.2.0.RFJCNXM_v12-11.zip move to the phone, go on install and flash rom, go to to wipe format data and confirm, reboot phone.

HyperOS 2.0 is slowly rolling out for more and more devices, Xiaomi 14 already has Mi Pilot for HyperOS2.0 based on Android 15. Hopefully the upgrade will be smooth whenever its time
