Redmi K20 / Mi9t Flashen

We would like to flash a Redmi K20 / MI9T and are currently stuck.
Someone told us to contact this forum.
We need the Fastboot version, First install.
We have installed TWRP 21.0 (20240630).

Does anyone have any idea how I can successfully flash the smartphone?

theres no fastboot version for this phone and ROM here.
download this rom
xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20MI9T_V12.5.2.0.RFJCNXM_v12-11.zip
move to the phone, go on install and flash rom, go to to wipe format data and confirm, reboot phone.
