since I finally succeed at unlocking bootloader, install twrp "with a little help from my friends", install last beta stable, everything is working fine : MMS come and go as usual...

So everything works perfectly, still don't understand what I did wrong ! but i noticed you link me to another TWRP for POCO M3 ! Big Up and BIG THANK TO geoanto555 and ZERK0 for yout help and time ! Appreciated that :-D

Who knows how to install TWRP and stable beta rom on POCO M3 ? I just don't undestand what I'm missing !

already try this too, don't work and I can't activate the storage choice ! Thing is when I am finish with installing TWRP, the phone boots in Main menu Poco-recovery 3.

other problem I have, is taht TWRP don't stay, when I press volume up + and power, the phone boots to xiaomi recovery

Hi, I had to replace the screen too, i follow this tutos : https://www.youtube.com/c/EricWitrigs/search?query=mi8 maybe something isn't' at the right place, the connectors are very thin et can easily broke if you don't take care. Good luck

I unlocked the bootloader i try to install TWRP but it dont work, i'm with linux mint i boot on fastboot mode fastboot flash recovery twrp.img then : fastboot boot twrp.img but it doesn't work, then i boot into twrp, works the first time but don't see...

No problem with the update stable rom with Mi browser (not a cool app :-() and super wallpaper added. But, sometimes, i have to re-activated the wall paper because he dissapears and the phone goes to Darth mode. Other funny thing is that i have two cloks on the AOD ! How to disable this ? thx...

thx for your very complet repport, i think i will unlock the bootlock to have the community stable rom. So i look around on the internet, and it seems that the google app "messenge" is not able to send MMS without activating data. I try with Yataa and it works fine.
