Nice battery drain on MIUI 12 with a Mi 10. I'm quite impressed. Layed down the phone at 2 AM with 83% after 7 h I picked it up this morning at 9 AM with 79% of juice left. And the nice super wallpaper AOD also kicked in at 7 AM. Now that's an improvement ;) And it's just a beta...

Google apps are not preinstalled. But you can install the apk without problems. What is context syncing?

The beta of MIUI 12 is in chinese and english. I installed it on my Mi 10 for now, since it is not my daily driver. I will have a look at the behaviors & and maybe install it to my daily driver Mi 10 Pro. So far it does look really fancy and clear. Smoothness is there but could need some...

I flashed back the original fastboot ROM & locked my bootloader again. So the message is gone ;) It seems, that the bootloader is not only "relocked", but actually "locked" :D Love it!

Where?? XD Some time ago I asked for a little background information about the dev build 20.3.28 for the Mi 10 series, but I never received any reply! Even the headmaster didn't feel the need for giving any answer. So I'd be careful with such terms ;) But you are actually quite helpful.

For installing Xiaomi.eu, which is a custom ROM based on the original China ROM, you need to unlock your bootloader. Xiaomi does allow this by default. They even have an official tool for this. So this won't affect your guarantee, as long as you don't root your phone! This is another situation...

Wait, there's really no other way to replace this with another picture? I mean, this message wasn't there after I unlocked the bootloader. It just appears after I tried flashing the "logo" partition...

My Mi 10 definitely had one on screen. I had to peel it of after it fell on some gravel. Then I also ordered the Pro variant & I wondered why it doesn't have a screen protector applied. Both are china devices.

Hmmm...well my Mi 10 came with a pre-applied screen protector. My Mi 10 Pro did not... so, that's strange...

I tried to apply another logo to get rid of the "Unlocked" text at boot up on my Mi 10 Pro. After using "fastboot flash logo logo.img" and "fastboot reboot" I ended up with the attached text. The phone still boots up, but before it looked better with just saying "Unlocked" at the bottom of the...
