Those stripes are called "Full Screen Indicator" and you can hide them , where you can configure the full screen gestures (under "additional settings")

Try clearing the Cache of the updater app. It`s just a guess, but this should fix it.

Seems to be the same error, as with Gpay and many other banking apps. Disable Full Screen Gestures, while you set up the App. Afterwards, you can probably use them again.(Maybe not, but it`s worth a try)

In fact, I did not notice a single real functional failure, which is amazing for a first version. There are some more or less annoying bugs, but nothing that doesn't work at all.

Try disabling the full screen gestures and use the soft buttons. when it works, configure the app-settings and mybe afterwards, you can use it normally with full screen gestures switched back on.

Yes, it works fine for me (Clean Install on Mi 9T) ... while configuring it, i had to switch off the fullscreen gestures, because Gpay is allergic against overlays, but once it is configured, i switched them back on and it works like normal.

Happens here too, tried it with Netflix and some "FritzTV"-Player. It shows different values for brightness, but does not actually change the screen. (Mi 9T with a clean install)

Ahh, i never thought about that differentiation! The Mi 9T only features a simple SD730, while the MiMix 2S has an SD845. Well, i will have to do without the eye candy. ;)

This cannot be quite right. On my MiMix 2s, which does not have an Amoled screen, these wallpapers where included in this version. They work well (and look terrific btw) On my Mi 9T, which comes with Amoled and AOD, the wallpapers where NOT part of this Version. I can only assume, the Devs...

On my MiMix2s, safety net is green and payment works reliable with Google Pay / Paypal.

That is strange. It works on my Mix2s with that version (Miui11/Android10/eu-stable) out of the box, without any fiddling or tweaking.

The function is probably not integrated in all models. I can't find it on my MiMix2S either. Anyway, there are more important features than this ;)

It should be, but it isn`t on the Redmi 4X, as shown by Tim09`s screenshot ... or by just believing. ;)

That is a good explanation, why there should not be any HDR button at all, when you`re in video mode. Or, if there has to be a HDR button for some reason, it should not be functional at all (cause it can`t work right anyway) But instead there is a button and it has a function, which is letting...
