That is not battery related problem.. What u mean for random reboots ? ( phone restarted by itself or ? ) U did clean flash ? any custom kernel flashed or u changed kernel setup ?

no..If u have problems with mobile data, try change APN..latest rom has latest baseband (modem) driver so that is actually good for network :)
