I have deleted the problematic file manager (DocumentsUIGoogle.apk in /system/priv-app/DocumentsUIGoogle) but still the file handover from file manager (or galary) to app X (like Updater) does not work. Is there a way to change the default stock file manager (rooted device)?

Froze the app with titanium and its showing all other apps now but still the handover Problem after selection.. Probably a really rare and Personal Bug..

right there are the settings for defaults within the App. there is No option to change a file manager app within the general Apps/defaults. thus i cannot change the Filemanager and upload it with another app

How? The other one is Set by default with no Option to Change within the default app settings. Its also not showing it when uplaoding something after resetting defaults..
