    i am actually having trouble building. The first build went fine. Now it's complaining about missing header files but they are all present. I will be working at it this weekend for sure.

    let me look that up. it does seem the thread i have linked is not up to date. you should have no problems flashing JLB17 then updating using the updater app on the phone ot JLB20 but i iwll try to find a link to the miflash package for JLB20... EDIT JLB 20 fastboot package...

    what you will have to do is use MiFlash follow this thread. http://miuiandroid.com/community/threads/guide-flashing-rom-using-miflash.19287/ Not sure which version was on your phone when you got it but it would be one of the JLBreleases.

    It does go into standby but it wakes up randomly...not sure of the cause. might be fixed in source from xiaomi(commit 9hours ago or so) have not synced these changes yet. will be synced when i get home and rebuild.

    Yes it does. Not sure why. Some changes(not synced yet) from xiaomi seem to fix this. will rebuild tonight.

    xposed framework compatible with miui?

    as far as i know Xposed will never be compatible with MIUI as it needs to modify the same parts of the framework that MIUI already modifies. If you really want to use it it does work on QDT/stock roms from xiaomi or with AOSP released by m1cha i have use it before...
