hey, im not sure!? but why is your mi3 still on jelly bean an not on 4.4.4 like it should? second are you running antutu or Quadrant? High 47k score are from antutu v5 beta! v4 scored lower like 35k. I think yours is still on a older not optimized firmware and a manual update might fix that...

Whats about the score? around 44k with latest antutu version is capable! only dont measure score between ddifferentantutu versions! cuase some former version gave more like around 35/36K scores..My Oneplus scores over 47K sometimes close to 51K, thats the newer mi4 territory as well!

is the theme from theme app from the mi3 phone? If still yes, than maybe the theme isnt designed for the mi3! maybe for older mi1 or mi2! Some boot animations wont scale properly since not being designd for mi3, yet i find them in the theme app,,its maybe a bit messy. PLease try another theme...
