I think it's not needed to wipe system. That link is the last xiaomi.eu with nougat

You don't need miflash. Just wipe data partition, cache, dalvik from twrp and flash downloaded xiaomi.eu rom.

Status update: I'm now on eu stable 10.0.4.0 rom. It seems that culprits are both Magisk fingerprint authentication and Google Play fingerprint authentication. Disabling these make fingerprint work normally. Removing Magisk isn't the solution entirely. Will test further. Mi Note 3 cihazımdan...

I have skipped 8.9.13 on my Mi Note 3 and updated from 8.9.6.0 to this. Thank you for your hard work. Really appreciated. But this update makes my phone extremely slow, unresponsive and sluggish. I suggest to not use this version on a Mi Note 3.
