Bootloop Location Error

Hello i got a problem with my redmi k30 running xiaomi eu rom, working perfect since 4 years, suddenly i get this error. And then it reloads the whole phone. Doesnt matter if i put on flight mode or turn off gps, removed sim card No chance. Any help you can provide?

Can´t Unlock The Device

I want to unlock my Redmi Note 4 64GB which i got today, to get some german language on it ... When i try Mi Unlock. it says your device isn´t supported by Mi Unlock Please some help!
