I would recommend pushing it with ADB. I've heard that sometimes, Root Explorer doesn't quite work right. Or, in the thread on XDA, Scott951 attached signed APKs to the OP. That will install through Package Installer.

Check the permissions. If you don't have the right permissions set, it won't show up.

I actually had Eurofurence ready to pack already. I'll look into Lexia when I get on my laptop. I will do these today with the rest.
