thats an older problem on mi5s. go into options, button settings, and set the home button to any function you want, then back again to none. then the lags are gone..

I see this too in wakelock app. Maybe it helps if you could set the service from miui energy saving mode to the other mode (don't know the word in english, no backround data?). but I haven't found the qfp service yet.

mmh I can't imagine the ram is just locked. ram is money, but cpu should be easy to overclock when there is a custom kernel available. the cpu from mi5s is quite cold on heavy load.

Hello, has anyone tried to overclock the mi5s to mi5s plus specs of 2,35ghz? is it possible with the eu.rom kernel? what is the change in ram and gpu speed? I know.. it is not necessary but just for fun. Thx

yes the new 7.1.12 is quite good but more battery drain over night than in .22. now about 12-15%. Ill try a calibration today maybe it helps. There is also a programm that wakes up the handy several times at night, also the screen was on a short time, creepy.
