Need to import. I don't find any shop (in EU), which sell MiTV.

Just flash TWRP Recovery and after than flash new MIUI but safe your data. Best way for me is to flash TWRP, create a backup and than flash new ROM.

How do you know it? Maybe 8.0.10 is newer than 8.0.8.0? :D
