I got China stable / developer ROM and Global Stable ROM.

I think this is Xiaomi fault, as I have same issue on official global developer ROM.

You can not flash (custom / official) MIUI on Android One devices. Base hardware might look the same, but there are differences in partition (between Android One and MIUI counterpart) and probably somewhere else. If you have Android One device (A1, A2 or A2 Lite) than you are stuck with Android...
