Problem using 3.2.1 TWRP Recovery for Mi 8 SE

I tried following the instructions in this thread http://en.miui.com/thread-3116376-1-1.html.
First, I unlocked my device with the miflash_unlock-en-3.3.525.23. Then I used the fastboot exe provided with MiFlash to flash my recovery with the TWRP image. But when I try to use the "fastboot reboot recovery" command, the tool doesn't recognizes it as a valid command.
I guess the problem lies in the fastboot tool, does anybody know where I could get one that would work for flashing a Xiaomi.eu ROM ?

did you flash recovery succesfully?
You could try to enter recovery by pressing key combo: power + volume up ( first power off device off course )

This is what I get when I flash the TWRP image. From the looks of it, it's successfully sending and writing the image on the phone.
But when I try the "fastboot reboot recovery" it fails.

Then as marcel112 suggested I tried to boot in the recovery manually and I saw that the recovery has'nt been flashed. It boots in the stock recovery.
