Completely agree with you Just ordered two Samsung s5 G900H(octocore version) as almost identical specs, More connection options, more sensors and BETTER camera..... And massive community with latest 7.1.2 roms too. Cost was £254 for both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Xiaomi are NOT interested in support devices with OS updates... They only ever seem to focus on MIUI updates.... FORGET Android OS or security updates... But then just look at all the BLOATWARE in Miui... They are to busy trying to be APPLE..... I rarely use the SO called features and always...

Hi all Am tired of being stuck on Android 4.4.4 on my Redmi 2(2014811) Several Apps I use have limited features on Android 4 when you compare to Android 5 or above.... And as there is looking like there will never be an android update I want to move on to a GOOD STABLE custom rom...

think they all use same app... suspect the web login is the way forward but no such options!

Loving this update and all the "IMPROVEMENTS" ended up reflashing 7.4.13 onto our MiPad 2s(this is two of them with different setups) as could not get a stable boot...... All worked fine... so did a test reflash of 7.4.20 and yep unstable as HECK just constantly rebooting..... no idea why...
