I have had the same happen. On the other hand, the voice search appears to be working and integrated with the browser. Hopefully the flash integration will get fixed soon. |I think the browser keeps getting better, but still a work in progress.

This is an android aosp 2.3x problem, not specific to miui, but all aosp roms since gingerbread came out. It is annoying. Cyanogenmod had a fix for a in the nightlies a short while back that I hope gets into miui since they use cyanogenmod's kernel.

It will definitely not work on cricket in the US. Cricket runs on cdma, as does verizon, sprint and us cellular. This phone is GSM. That is not compatible, sorry :(
