This is partly true, when I had the 12.0.9 everything worked fine. This rom is not horrible but also not very good, and it has to do with the building of it from xiaomi. But if I'm not wrong you can't just dirty flash a previous ROM.

For me it only works if someone else sends me first and I reply to the message, everything else crashes, I'm guessing that it will be fixed on a next update, but not yet....There are also other bugs with the ROM.

Hey everyone, Since the update to 12.0.1 RJGMIXM the default SMS app keeps crashing when I try to compile a new message. I downloaded the Google messages app it works fine. I just wanted to inform you about it.

Personally I updated from 12.0.8 EU stable, it was laggy for 3-4 minutes, I just let it be for this time and after that it runs smoothly

Are you on .Eu ROM? I am on 12.0.9, and don't have this problem. I didn't even have it when I was on 12.0.8. Your screen seems to be active (like on) for 3 hours and 55 minutes in 17 hours and 25 minutes since the last charge, so it's not really basic use. Apart from that try updating to 12.0.9...

As long as I have tried, it works just fine, with my local bank apps and also with Google Pay. Just make sure to install the latest version of the Rom. I'm on the latest 12.0.8 Stable. And have no problems
