So, ROM has been installed in a CLEAN WAY AND LOCATION IS WRONG!!!

Now I'm doing another one clean install

Yes, you can skip 8.8.3 and directly install 8.8.9

Somehow on other ROMs network location works fine like a GPS. I don't think operator did thing that you've said because earlier it was working allright, but now it isn't
