What did you last do that would have caused your phone to suddenly get stuck in Recovery Mode? Is it a custom recovery or stock, with stock ROM or xiaomi.eu? Pretty sure MiFlash is not used with XEU ROM?

Update ROM then re flash recovery image. That's how I do it typically on my device (Poco F6 Pro) I just keep the image for TWRP on my device, everytime I update my ROM I just reflash recovery manually

DEVICE Integrity is old Strong so it's alot more difficult to get around using just the inject, which of course is only what the Devs can do to their ability. BASIC integrity is alot of what people will start getting now

Just let it charge for a long time, it should eventually show signs of life. This has happened to my OnePlus One and Mi5S Plus before, it drains too much for it to power on, needs a lot of time to give it some life.
