I believe you launched the fastboot command in a directory different from the directory where you downloaded the IMG file, so it can't find it.

Then I have no idea how it could have locked your bootloader and switched from the RU ROM to another one at the same time.

Did you do a standard OTA update when you were using the RU Rom, or did you use Mi Flash ?

The issue seems to be carrier specific, did you check the band's used by Vodafone in your area VS the band's used by your phone ?

The developpers don't manage or track the TWRP releases, and don't necessarily own this specific phone. TWRP is not even needed to install the ROM. Thanks for warning the other 12 pro users.

@Pande Sorry, I have no idea then, based on your first comment saying that you had no signal with the network fix I wondered if you had a Chinese model from the start.

Yes, but since it is a downgrade, you are expected to do a clean install.

If "it" refers to the Xiaomi.eu ROM, OTA depends on TWRP, and I believe TWRP for the 14 series have issues decrypting the partitions.

It is already part of the ROM, just uninstall the Global one.

No, you can't, you have to use the fastboot update.

If you want to switch to xiaomi.eu, you will need to do a clean install, removing data.

I don't personally own the phone, but I would reinstall the ROM, and then follow the guide from gogocar62 : https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/fix_sim_-xiaomi-14-global-verzion.72887/ I believe you should not update the modem.img, only the modem firmware.img as provided in the guide.

Maybe you could start by giving information like the ROM you are using, the origin of the phone, the origin of the files...

You won't find many 13T users around, this is is a forum for a custom ROM for Qualcomm devices, and I guess you are using the official update.

@xarisfr You are supposed to follow the procedure written for downgrading, with format data. Nobody is stopping you to try the update path, but you may face issues, including a boot loop.

@immerzu The updater only helps you with the install via TWRP. If you don't have TWRP, you need to follow the fastboot update.

You are not supposed to update the system applications in the Xiaomi.eu ROM
