Hi, ChatGPT. What brings you here?

I just recently flashed my redmi note 13 4g with latest hyperOS 1.0.9.0 without any issues, process is working smoothly.

he only problem is that device is running hot and battery life is horrible, lasting only 3 hours SOT with 8-9 hours daily usage. Upon checking, I see that CPU is always running at max for some reason. Is there any remedy to this?
I feel I need to come back to this and share my experiences.

Before I managed to put TWRP into my device, it managed to run normally without any heating issue, battery lasted almost 24 hours with 5-6 hours of SOT. It's not CPU issue, nor ZRAM issue, I think it's the Storage Refresh function. I noticed it operated a lot for the first three days right after ROM flash, and then no activities. It was right after that there are no more heating and battery drain issue.

I wanna know if there are others with similar experiences, so it's probably valid and not ROM issue. Next I will try to put 120 hz and AOD to see if the battery can handle it.

Hey there
Device garnet
Installed the new xiaomi EU version that came out on 25.12
With stock rom GPS and location service was working good
With xiaomi eu rom no GPS. Agps works

I can be pretty sure it's not Hardware
Of course I did a clean install with format data

GPS test shows no satellites at all in view

Any suggestion?

I have a global version phone

I haven't done a GPS test check on stock rom but for sure it didn't seem to have any issue outside even if not connected to any network
I'm really clueless
I can even put stock rom back and start over but that would be the last option

Mi 11i, 1.0.8.0, QR scanner works normally.
I don't know why, some apps have no data and I need to reinstall them. But this one is not allowed to do outside the official channels. Where can I get the APK to reinstall it?

Thanks for your support

No Problems, yet. Everything running as usual, no glitches and no problems.
Thanks a lot to all workers on it!

Hi, I'm currently running the latest stable on vili. I've done 4 clean installs and everytine i open files or gallery, after some time (seconds or minutes) they crash. Files gives an error saying please insert an sdcard. Thank you. Should i try to reflash stock then come back or is it something known? Couldn't find anything. Also i get an error sometimes "Media keeps stopping"

TOPAZ rom shows the icon of the app you open on half of your screen for like a split second before it launches since the latest update

After months, still no matter what you do, many notifications only pop up when you unlock the phone. Often hours later.

Is it possible that you just have it set up incorrectly? Do you not have automatic RAM clearing or similar restrictions activated?
Are you not using battery saving?

I did check everything, I'll go through it once again and confirm. It seems to close the apps, although it's been set not to.

So, background autostart was disabled for all my apps. I am not sure when this happened. RAM was so set to clear 5min after locking.

Makes me think I implemented some battery/power saver setting at some point causing this.

Good afternoon! I installed the latest Moonstone version, 1.0.12 Global, but the Wi-Fi and data networks are not working, very unstable. I flashed the modem from the Stock ROM, without success. Any suggestions?
Thanks!!

Well, it was kind of funny. You said no matter what you do the notifications are delayed but actually you hadn't done anything.
It worked, then stopped for no reason. Then some obscure battery saver setting got triggered, and the settings never restored.

Hallo!

I would like to flash the new image (Xiaomi 12). No root and no TWRP installed on the cell phone. I proceed as follows:

Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
then the message " Rome is only suitable for fastboot installation"

help?
