I have the same issue since updating to 12.1.3 from 12.0.4 on my Redmi K30 Pro. The swipe up does not work when in other apps, however on the home screen I can access the latest apps this way. Swiping left/right to go back works in every app, the swipe up only when already on the home screen...

Same problem here on K30Pro, was already the case with 20.5.7. Alternative to force stop is to press new chat button and on the next screen use the three-dot menu and choose refresh

In the Settings -> Special functions -> LED light screen you can toggle when the LED will light up. These toggles can't be turned off. When you turn them off, leave the screen and then return the toggle will be on again I'd love to be able to turn off the led when charging! Redmi K30 Pro...
