I solved problem. Problem was in hardware , inside the phone was over the microphone protective plastic film. Now its working very well.

Hello, I have big problem with microphone during calls , my friends didnt hear me. Microphone volume is too low , i am searching forums all day , i tried original rom and other roms and its still same. Do somebody have any idea how to fix it?
