Incall Microphone Volume Too Low - Mi4 Lte

Hello,
I have big problem with microphone during calls , my friends didnt hear me. Microphone volume is too low , i am searching forums all day , i tried original rom and other roms and its still same. Do somebody have any idea how to fix it?

I'm stacked with the same problem in a Xiaomi Red Rice 2 in the last stable and official rom.

I solved problem. Problem was in hardware , inside the phone was over the microphone protective plastic film. Now its working very well.
