Mi4c 3/32 here. Just flashed 7.9.14, so far so good. First thing I noticed is the rom runs much much smoother than last week's one. Really, I've flashed every weekly rom and this is one of the few times when there's a noticeable improvement in overall fluidity. Great! Still need to get used to...

Have you tried turning WiFi off (and data on) and then enabling those features? Somehow on Mi4c works in this way.
