Dev rom has been there for quite some time now. I am on it and all banking apps are working and g-Pay, my mobile is even rooted.

Still no new animation for Mi 9 pro 5g. It was nice on K20 Pro premium but removed as well. I think it works well on mobiles that have at least 8GB RAM or 12.

You need to format usng twrp not just wipe/cache. Format then install. Assuming you have the bootloader unlocked.

This happen if you force bypass the storage encryption. Your mobile had a security lock (pin, fingerprint, etc.,) which encrypt your phone. Then when you rollback, twrp did not ask to decrypt the phone by entering the security code. Happened to me a couple of times when when I played around...
