I have a friend with the same problem using a mi4 and official MIUI global ROM. His Facebook app won't connect at all, but works in chrome. He hasn't figured it out yet.

I have a Mi Band 2 and it regularly disconnects. Occasionally (about once a day) I need to turn off/on bluetooth to get it to sync. If it's any consolation, it's actually more stable than the connection to my previous Fitbit Charge HR. I also get significant battery drain as I documented here...

Seems en.miui.com have removed the RN2 MIUI 8 china stable build: http://en.miui.com/download-274.html#396 I wonder if there was some big bug(s) that caused them to do that. Yesterday they had it up.

This is the first I've heard this before. Is this correct? I always assumed the xiaomi.eu stable ROMs (https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=36337) were based on the official China Stable ROMs from en.miui.com. Can someone please confirm?

It seems if I don't lock the Mi Fit app in memory then the wakelock doesn't keep the phone awake much at all - on the down side it also means I don't get app notifications on the Mi Band 2.

My wife's Mi4 does not log in to a MI account and still experiences reboots - she is on 7.5.2.0

My wife's Mi4 is in English and still has this reboot problem.

That feature works on my RN2 with 6.7.14 (I have not installed 6.7.21). Thanks for pointing out the feature, I didn't even know it existed :)

Xiaomi.eu have uploaded the latest stable: V7.5.3.0 Might be worth trying to see if it fixes the random reboots. I don't see anyone mention in this thread if they've tried it.

I just checked my wife's Mi4, and, unfortunately, it has had at least 1 random reboot since upgrading to 7.5.2.0. Looking forward to a fix for this bad bug. Edit: Hmm.. my wife has now worked out her phone is randomly rebooting - clock is ticking on a fix!

I upgraded my wife's Mi4 from en.miui.com official Global Stable 7.1.2.0 up to xiaomi.eu Stable 7.5.2.0 (with TWRP). You can try going to: Settings -> Bluetooth. Find your car stereo in the list at the bottom, then click on the little "right arrow" icon on the right hand side of that entry. In there you should see "Media audio" listed in the bottom section, make sure this option is enabled.
