At what point should i fastboot flash 3.1.1.? I already installed 7.2.9. via twrp 3.0.2.0

I installed the version 3.0.2.0 from here: http://www.teamsuperluminal.org/download/libra_ts_twrp_3_0_2_0-img/ And finally success, I installed and now waiting to boot 7.2.9. Will twrp 3.0.2.0 work with 7.2.9 or I need to flash twrp 3.1.1, as it says in that post?
