Couldn't you ask someone to integrate it in the rom directly so we don't have to flash it every week? Or maybe an auto-update feature?

I got the same but i'm using miui since 2.3.3 version and I think all Themes are for the moment made for 2.2 froyo and that's way some of the theme changes don't work according to my little guess ..
