    Your device doesn't have a mediatek chip, so com.mediatek.engineermode isn't installed. As far as I know you cant't manually enable a band, but on your device band 28 is supported.

    Of course you can flash a custom recovery: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/installing-a-custom-recovery.67841/ But not all can decrypt since beginning of Android 14 (or A13?, dont't know exactly). But as a custom recovery isn't necessary anymore for flashing Xiaomi.eu, it's not important.
