Hi friends I need your help i was trying to flash twrp after unlocking bootloader i done every thing but after reboot my phone sucks at black mi.com screen and then reboots many times i can't power it off but i can enter fastboot mode What shall i do to make my phone alive again

Hi Friends i want to install developer rom or ido to my redmi 3 pro until now i can not unlock bootloader it sucks at 50% although i followed all advises mentioned to do that so i want to root my phone and install developer version can any one help me ??
