is xiaomi.eu will produce a rom version for LOCKED BOOTLOADER that can be flash using MIFLASH? i saw a couple of custom rom based on xiaomi.eu rom but can be flash using MIFLASH and LOCKED BOOTLOADER... i tried one of them and it is okay... but i just wondering WHY xiaomi.eu can't create a rom...

all i have is this... Roms for Redmi 3/PRO, Mi4S, Mi5, Note 3 PRO, MIMAX, MIMAXPro: Unlock your first bootloader Install TWRP zip via Updater app or Fastboot mode, then install our ROM wow... that was very easy... im not a noob in TWRP and custom firmware... but are these really the steps...
