I saw that there's stable version for Mi4c 7.0 already so I'm waiting for the Mi4s one! The 7.5.4 update was much better on the battery life - the best I guess but there's some kind of difficulty connecting to some sort kind of Wi-Fi. Other stuffs are great so thanks @ingbrzy and team as always. :D

Playstore issue is Google issue I guess, I downloaded this version of old Playstore .apk here: https://jalantikus.com/apps/download/1199/ And I could do the apps updates without re-uninstalling updates of Playstore every time I want to download/update apps. Sent from my MI 4S using Tapatalk

Try this: http://en.miui.com/thread-251450-1-1.html You might have lose all your data since you have to do a clean flash. After installing the Multilang ROM you should flash the TWRP 3.0.3.x for Mi4s and after that you can directly flash the 6.12.22 ROM.

Hello, the reuploaded ROM on my Mi4s: 1. Google Now is not working 2. HDR mode in camera is not working also So I downgraded again to 6.12.22. My suggestion for other Mi4S is to wait for the stable version. As the developers here not pushed to make ROMs for us and prepare for the best. But...

Hi mate, try this: http://en.miui.com/thread-251450-1-1.html You're going to do a clean Flash so do a local backup for your device first. After you flash the TWRP then you can flash any ROM you like. I just flashed the MIUI8 right from the Multilang ROM and it was fine.

Just tried the old long way to unlock my Mi4S. http://en.miui.com/thread-251450-1-1.html Aftermath I installed the latest 6.12.22. and then upgraded to reuploaded 7.2.9 and I did it. Conclusion is Mi4S will not lose the EDL access after being flashed to 7.2.9. It's a long way but still better...
