It's compatible Treble and it work with Oreo. The Official TWRP 3.1.1.0 work only with Nougat. I use it, it work fine. The problem isn't the TWRP for the black screen.

Yes the TWRP 3.2.3 Treble have a Green theme ^^. So you have the good TWRP. I think the problem is Wipe cache/Dalvik Cache. You have adb installed ?

So use "fastboot format cache".

So, it's because you forget wipe cache/dalvik cache you have a black screen. With adb : m - r /data/dalvik-cache rm - r /cache/dalvik-cache

Have you wipe cache/dalvik cache after flash the ROM ?

Download the TWRP from the link I put in my latest post. Connect your phone at computer, put it in Fastboot Mode (Power Button + Vol Down) and flash the TWRP with "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" command in CMD. (You need have adb)

I used the TWRP 3.2.3. The Original TWRP 3.1.1.0 doesn't support Oreo, only Nougat.
