Hello guys, I tryed many ways to install and fix the Google Play error 963. But it never works. I know that this 963 error is cuz there is the oem unlock. So do you think that i can install a EU rom without unlock oem? If oem un lock i can't install twrp, i suppose. Any ideas?

Not really. The problem is that the google play store is not pre-installed on the china version. There is only the "Mi market" but it's possible to install google play store before installation.

got the same problem ERROR CODE 02. I try since 5 days to root this pad. On the web it seems easy but i don't understand why there is ALWAYS a problem...
