Hi @all I just got my Mi5 (BL locked) and flashed the latest Global Stable (gemini_global_images_V8.0.5.0.MAAMIDG_20160805.0000.29_6.0_global) via MiFlash with the safe user data. The update went successful according to MiFlash, but then the phone went dead by itself. Right now it is not...

I just unlocked the Mi5s with the Xiaomi unlocking tool and everything went OK - all three entries were checked. But the phone would not re-start from the tool so I manually did it. It works all good, but when I want to enter fastboo again, the screen looks like normal and the device manager...
