    Just let it charge for a long time, it should eventually show signs of life. This has happened to my OnePlus One and Mi5S Plus before, it drains too much for it to power on, needs a lot of time to give it some life.

    I use Nova and you need to launch HyperOS/MIUI launcher FIRST, go into Recents, then set your default back to your third-party. This needs to be redone EVERY reboot. Probably the only way to get compatibility to work for now.
