just downgrade to 7.3.16 or whatever and everything's gonna be alright ...

I had to Change the Platystore settings to update only via WiFi and selected notifications when Updates available and when updated automatically. I restared my mi4c and it worked.... Give it a try

- the miui music app is almost always reloading the entire music when i start the app(a little mi bunny appears on screen and says "just a sec" or something ...) - also the icon of the new "users" settings is missing/ sometimes it just changes randomly to any other icon.... using mi4c

i would prefer to stay with 8.1.2.0.... 8.1.3.0 obviously has some bugs....

it works great on my mi4c. i got to say, i came from 8.0.5.0(which was awful) to 8.1.2.0, and now it works pretty good! but if your system works nice, keep it that way.

The official China Stable ain't multi lingual. It's only available in Chinese or English. Only the xiaomi.eu rom provides different languages.
