Hello guys, I want to ask you about the best rom(not only miui, even aosp and other custom roms) when it comes to stability (bug free) and battery life.

If i go through clean flash(with wiping data), will i lose everything?(media, contacts....)

I have a problem, whenever i flash an older rom or the stable ones with twrp it gives me a lot of bugs(galery app, note app, permissions app..... Keep crushing)

Yes you will not lose your data, just flash it then wipe cadh and dalvik and it's done.
