Well, I finally managed to get my phone in qualcomm qdloader 9008 state. Somehow that seems like a good thing. So It is now visible in miflash but when trying to flash it says: cannot receive hello packet.... I have tried several stable roms. Any idea how I can get past this ?

Well, by now you know that I don't have the knowledge you have...sorry for that. I have disabled driver sign. verif. succesfully, installed new adb drivers for my redmi 3s on my laptop. Running adb devices says demon not running, demon opened port 5037 or something like that. And an empty list...
